Fr Sion was brought up on the Wiltshire Downs. He read Classics at the University of Edinburgh and, on completing his studies, moved to London with friends in 2008. He worked for ten years at Church House, Westminster in a number of different departments, including Clergy Payments, the Dioceses Commission, the Pensions Board, and the Legal Office. During this time, he undertook a master’s degree in Canon Law at Cardiff University.
Formed for ministry at Westcott House in Cambridge and the Venerable English College in Rome, Fr Sion was ordained Deacon in 2021 and Priest in 2022. He served his title in the parish of Newsham and Horton on the outskirts of Blyth in Northumberland.
Fr Sion was licensed as Vicar of Lincoln: All Saints, and Priest-in-Charge of Lincoln: St Mary-le-Wigford, on 22 February 2025.
After 23 years in farming, Fr Michael was ordained in 1986 at Hereford Cathedral. He served all of his stipendiary ministry in the diocese of Hereford, with his final incumbency lasting 18 years in the Broseley Group of Parishes. Fr Michael was installed as Prebendary of Hereford Cathedral in 2008.
Retired since 2011, he served as Assistant Priest in The Much Wenlock Team Ministry until 2019 before moving to Lincoln and joining the parish of All Saints' as an Honorary Assistant Priest.
Fr Peter is a child of Worcester Diocese having been brought up in Malvern. He read English Language and Literature at University in Scotland before training for the priesthood at the College of the Resurrection, Mirfield. He was ordained in 1988 and served his title at Pershore in Worcestershire before going to an incumbency in Dudley and then to another in West Bromwich/Wednesbury. He then became Chaplain and Head of Religious Studies of Abbots Bromley School in Staffordshire before becoming in 2013 the Dean of Chapel and Chaplain of Bishop Grosseteste University in Lincoln.
The Parochial Church Council (PCC) is the executive committee of the parish, responsible for the financial management of assets as well as the mission of the church. It comprises members of the clergy, the churchwardens and elected members of the laity.

Churchwardens Emeritus
On the Solemnity of Corpus Christi 2021, Fr Paul Noble was pleased to confer (with the approval of the PCC) the title of Churchwarden Emeritus on Mrs Doreen Wood and Mrs Marjorie Smith for their decades of service as Churchwardens of All Saints. The whole community of All Saints is deeply indebted to Doreen and Marjorie for their faithful service and devotion to God and his Church.
